On Thursday, February 7, Boulder Bookstore patrons enjoyed an evening of sampling soup and learning about the Ski Town Soups journey. Some heavy-hitters were in attendance: the social media guru and freelance writer from Edible Front Range magazine, a publishing house representative, Jeremy Kossler, Founder of Food Events in Denver, and also Kelly Kossler, who, along with Jeremy, co-founded Denver Burger Battle.
On January 22nd, Chef Kevin McCombs, Executive Chef at Ski Tip Lodge in Keystone, hosted a “Meet Our Chef” event. This evening was a blissful gathering of culinary connoisseurs in one of the cozy hearth rooms in front of a roaring fire - a quintessential Ski Tip Lodge experience.
Last evening, Monday, December 10, was a fantastic celebration of Flame Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Vail. Launching the new theme: Modern Mountain Steak, Chef Jason Harrison aimed to impress … and succeeded!
